REGULAR APARTMENT SERVICE

Our goal is not only to provide pest control service, but also provide you with a system to help you work with tenants who have a pest problem. Some of the ways we do this are:

• Assignment of a specific service day
• Tenant instructions and preparation sheets
• Tenant scheduling book which includes a list of chemicals we use and chemical material safety data sheets
• Toll free number to answer any of your tenant’s questions Our job is to help you help your tenants New bait technology allows us to treat for some insects on the interior with people and pets in the structure. However, some treatments require a special appointment be scheduled so people, pets and sometimes plants must be out of the structure for up to four hours.

“ If within 24 hours following application you experience symptoms similar to common seasonal illness comparable to the flu, contact your physician or poison control center and your pest control operator immediately.”
