TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE

- Every other
month (bimonthly) service for the following pests: ants,
roaches, spiders, fleas, rats, mice and additional
coverage for fabric pests, cereal pests, silverfish, carpet beetles,
earwigs and bees/wasps on the structure only.
- Service the
exterior of the structure on a regular schedule.
- Provide
interior service on request.
- Web
and spray the eaves for spider control. Note: We use
an extended wand Webster™ that can reach the eaves
of most one-story structures.
- Vacuum around
all doors, windows and trim boards for insect control.
- Inspect the
structure yearly for dry rot and termites. Note: The dry
rot and termite inspection does not include
any repairs or treatment.
- Emergency return
service provided for covered pests at no additional charge.

On
your regularly scheduled service, chemical treatment will consist
of spraying a three-foot band around the base of the structure
and under windows with a hand-held or power sprayer. Yard spraying
will be provided for flea control as needed. Note: During inclement
weather, chemical pellets/granules will be used. These are
as effective as the chemical spray. New bait technology allows
us to treat for some insects on the interior with people and
pets in the structure. However, some treatments require a special
appointment be scheduled so people, pets and sometimes plants
must be out of the structure for up to four hours. Also, many
of the chemicals we use now are very low odor.
Our service price is based on providing six services per year.

Honey bee service is provided when
bees are in the structure. If a swarm of honey bees are in an
accessible location, State law requires that a beekeeper be called
for removal at the customer's expense. You may choose to check
with several beekeepers. Some beekeepers will pick up the bees
at no charge and others will charge a removal fee.
*Our company is
certified to eradicate Africanized Honey Bees.
